How does an AI smart cooler know what I took?
Smart cameras and sensors inside the cooler see which items leave the shelf while the door is open. When you close the door, you are charged for exactly those items.
What payment methods work?
Credit cards, debit cards and mobile wallets on your phone. The coolers are cashless, so there are no bills or coins to handle.
What if I am charged for something I did not take?
It is very rare, but if it happens, contact us through the cooler help page or call 513-500-2651. We review the video of the purchase and refund any error.
What do you stock?
Cold drinks and snacks, plus fresh food such as salads, sandwiches, fruit and yogurt. We tailor the mix to each location.
Does it cost my business anything?
No. Placement costs your business nothing. Two Fish Vending covers the cooler itself, delivery and installation, stocking, and all maintenance. Your team pays only for what they take, with a card or phone.
What does the cooler need on site?
